If you are an Ohio employer, Pinnacle will act as your in-house risk manager to proactively manage your workers compensation and unemployment claims and provide guidance relative to controlling your premium costs.

Pinnacle routinely provides the following ongoing workers' compensation management services to our clients:

• Third Party Administrator interface regarding claims management and administration including analysis of settlement offers and their projected impact on future experience modifiers
• Annual Experience Exhibit and Loss Run Review
• Assistance with Claim Investigations and determination of a Claim's Validity
• Return-to-work Programs by Establishing Modified-duty Positions
• Coordination of State Employer Services and Rehabilitation Services

As a Pinnacle client, should you experience an unemployment claim, our staff will review the case with you, draft responses to agency Requests for Information, and file Notices of Appeal on your behalf. We will also serve as your company representative at all Ohio hearings.
