Our job analysis efforts are aided by benchmarking positions utilizing the TriMetrix assessment system. The benchmarking process leads to the developing clarity about the knowledge, intrinsic motivators, personal attributes, behaviors and hard skills required for success.
The process begins with clarifying the "key accountabilities" of a targeted position. Key accountabilities are the critical goals and key business successes the job is accountable for producing.
The key accountabilities serve as a reference point for completing a unique 37-factor analysis of the position. From this data, we will develop position-specific profiles that are used as a benchmark to help coach current team members or, when hiring, to evaluate candidates.
